Our client is seeking a dedicated full-time Financial Advisor to join their thriving team. What you'll do:
As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning advice to high-net-worth clients. You will manage existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised in dealing with clients and during the onboarding process. You will deliver outstanding and efficient service to all customers, provide guidance and mentorship to junior advisors (if senior), demonstrate exceptional client relationship and rapport-building capabilities, and stay updated on industry/market knowledge.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to high-net-worth clients
- Manage existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business through leads, referrals and your own internal network
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both in dealing with clients and during the onboarding process
- Deliver outstanding and efficient service to all customers
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior/provisional advisers (if senior)
- Demonstrate exceptional client relationship and rapport-building capabilities
- Stay updated on industry/market knowledge
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Financial Advisor role will have a FASEA/ASIC approved Bachelor's degree or higher in financial planning, finance, economics, or a related field. They will have completed their Professional Year (open to Junior Advisors) and demonstrated excellence in communication skills. The successful candidate will have proven ability to develop new business and possess a motivated, polished and enthusiastic persona. An existing network would be highly favourable.
