The Role & The Team
The Support Services Change the flagship initiative in Airservices' transformation portfolio, specifically within the Back Office Enabling Services (BEST) Program. This project focuses on digitization, automation, and process standardization, aiming to enhance efficiency in both Enabling services and the front-line workforce. Using digital solutions and advanced technologies, such as a new digital rostering system (Workforce) and SAP Cloud (S4/HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors), the program adopts a benefits-led approach. It seeks to achieve benefits through process improvements, eliminating inefficiencies, increasing standardization, and providing flexibility in support services.
As a Financial Analyst you would be a key player in the Support Services Change Program team, working in close collaboration with the Finance Performance and Partnering team. This role involves creating and maintaining models and reports that offer crucial insights to drive program performance through cost control and enhance business outcomes through quantitative benefits analysis. In this you will dive into financial modelling, analysis, and reporting for enterprise productivity and performance, while also overseeing the maintenance and management of all program financials.

The Person
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of three years of practical experience in financial analysis, preferably within large and dynamic organizations
- Experience with financial reporting systems and tools e.g. SAP, COGNOS, TM1, and Business Objects will be highly regarded
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in effectively convincing and influencing stakeholders, advocating for ideas on one's or others' behalf, and gaining respect throughout all organizational levels.
- Proven commercial and business acumen, and ability to apply a commercial mindset to enhance productivity, innovation, service delivery and customer value
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
