Reporting to the Commercial Manager for this division, you will be responsible for Business Partnering across a high profile division providing key financial performance analysis and advice to stakeholders, managers and senior leadership teams. Other duties include (but not limited to):

• Providing analysis and data-driven insights that support the successful delivery of key initiatives;
• Tracking of financial performance and delivery of insights to steer the business forward operationally;
• Business partnering with stakeholders building productive and trusted working relationships;
• Accurately forecast future Sales and GP for weekly outlooks, forecasts, budgeting and strategic planning processes;
• Analysis and reporting on performance, identifying key drivers;
• Demonstrating excellent commercial acumen to identify further areas of opportunity;
• Making recommendations that maximize whole-of-business outcomes;
• Presenting analysis, insights and recommendations to stakeholder groups; and
• Managing the BAU of the portfolio to ensure budgets are met.

The Person

• Strong data analysis and modelling skills - integrity adn precision integral
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills - commercial and client facing role
• Ability to make the complex simple - broad stakeholders
• Experience working with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
