Provide financial advice and tailored investment solutions. Investment Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial markets, investment products, and economic trends to identify opportunities and risks. Utilize a data-driven approach and analytical tools to make informed investment recommendations.

Portfolio Construction: Develop well-balanced and diversified investment portfolios based on company goals and risk profiles. Optimize asset allocation strategies and continuously monitor and adjust portfolios as market conditions change. Financial Planning: Assist  the company in developing comprehensive financial plans that encompass retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning, and other relevant aspects to ensure long-term financial security.

Risk Management: Implement risk management strategies to safeguard companies investments from potential downturns and market volatility. Regularly review and adjust risk management approaches as needed. Education: Educate directors about various investment options, financial products, and the rationale behind investment decisions.

Empower directors to make well-informed financial choices aligned with their goals. Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with financial news, industry trends, and regulatory changes that may impact companies investments. Share valuable insights with directors to help them navigate market fluctuations.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.   Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields. Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or similar designations are highly preferred.

Proven experience as a Financial Investment Adviser, Wealth Manager, or similar role in the financial services sector. Experience in an emerging investment firm or start-up environment will be advantageous. Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, asset classes, and financial planning strategies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and effectively convey complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
