AddressOur client is a leading Financial Services house with an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to join the Finance team on a permanent basis, with flexible working on offer.
This would suit a 1st time mover from a Chartered Accounting environment (mid-tier or Big 4).
You will be responsible for;
- Expense Analysis & Reporting
- Budgeting, Forecasting, & Strategic insights
- Financial Reporting & Regulatory Reporting responsibilities
- Working closely with the Business on strengthening the lead metrics used to measure business goals, developing insights into the performance of the business.
- Month-end close process
- Delivery of monthly pack focusing on dashboard results and performance insights with a focus on financial performance
The ideal candidate will possess;
- between 3-5 years experience in a Chartered Accountingfirm or as a Management accountant in Financial Services
- experience presenting to senior management & stakeholder management skills
- CA / CPA qualified (essential)
- excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong Excel skills + exposure to Data tools such as Tableau, Alteryx or Power BI
- a self-starter and quick learner - happy to "roll up the sleeves" and get stuck in, while also possessing the ambition to develop
- Full Australian working rights & fluent English skills
