This role has been released to market as a result of the incumbent taking an internal progression opportunity elsewhere within the Group.
Working as part of a diverse and high performing finance team, this role will allow you to really add value through partnering with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to ensure that the company's statutory and compliance requirements are attended to in a timely manner. The role will be responsible for:
- Group consolidation of all entities and delivery of consolidated balance sheet, P&L and cashflow reporting and analysis to the C-Suite;
- Half Year and Full Year statutory reporting including the ASX preparation of financial statements, notes and disclosures;
- Provide financial review and advice across multiple business entities on accounting procedures and policies to achieve corporate objectives;
- Ensuring appropriate financial control and accounting policy direction across the group;
- External auditor compliance and the provision of financial information; and
- Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analysing, summarising, and interpreting data.
The successful candidate
You will be an experienced finance professional who is CA / CPA qualified and started your career in an audit environment. You will have strong technical accounting skills, with expertise in statutory reporting, governance, compliance and controls. You will have a track record of stakeholder management across various levels and have experience with leading a finance team.
