We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced First Line Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our team.

About the role
Reporting to the First Line Risk & Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our risk and compliance framework. 

This role provides support and assistance on a range of risk and compliance activities including the application and delivery of policies; conducting control self-assessments; identifying and supporting process improvement and project initiatives; incident and issue management; and providing support to all business units in applying our risk management framework.

About you
You will be a highly motivated and engaged professional with effective communication and stakeholder management skills possessing strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.  Self-motivated and a problem solver, you will be able to work under pressure and have great PC skills.

With a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role, health insurance experience would be advantageous but is not essential. This is the perfect opportunity to build on your existing knowledge and expand your skills.
