Fish Filleter - Weekends

Mr Barra is seeking the services of a Fish Filleter who is energetic and loves seafood.

We are open seven days a week and require an experienced Fish Filleter for Saturday and Sunday on a casual basis. 

The successful candidate will have experience in fish filleting . 

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in fish filleting,
• Experience with a variety of species
• Attention to detail in a high pressure environment
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Possess good communication skills and have a high level of energy
