Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Fitness Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service within our Leisure Centres. Your responsibilities will include providing exemplary customer experiences, maintaining gym areas, conducting fitness assessments, and supporting various fitness programs.
You will also assist in equipment maintenance, support member retention initiatives, and collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Your ProfileWe are seeking candidates with a minimum Certificate IV in Fitness, CPR certification, and a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles. The ideal candidate will have experience in fitness training, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to conduct fitness appraisals and provide exercise advice
- Experience in personal training sessions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

- Package: $54,916 - $56,473 gross p.a. (pro rata) plus 11% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Up to 18 hours per week. Must be available to work flexibly on a 7 day week roster (Monday - Sunday) throughout the year; and be available to work a spread of hours between 5:00am - 9:00pm, to support operational requirements of our Centres.
- Locations will be across the Sutherland Leisure Centre and Engadine Leisure Centre locations as required.
