Salary- Maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of the contract, the specifications, the EBA and safety and environmental regulations
- Effectively coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources for the project
- Experience with formwork, Fit-outs, building, hydraulics and civil works
- Ensuring all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work
- Monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
- Ensuring accurate timesheets are submitted to the pay office within specified timeframes
- Qualification in a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role in the Construction industry
- Demonstrated commercial experience, to include as a minimum: Ability to coordinate and manage multiple trades in tight workspaces, forecasting labour and materials, monitoring cost and time of allocated resources, comprehending subcontractor contracts and reviewing procurement packages
- Must have an Australian Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
