About the role
This active role is ideally suitable for an experienced Store Manager with a passion for fair leadership, team development and customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of our flagship concession located in Myer Westfield Sydney.
- Recruit, train, and lead a positive and dynamic team.
- Maintain outstanding merchandising disciplines.
- Manage stock levels and rotations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience as a Store Manager/ 2IC in the Retail industry.
- Competent understanding in all areas of the day-day running of a retail business.
- Strong negotiating, problem solving and conflict management skills.
- Strong delegation and lead by example skills.
- Sound knowledge of OH & S regulations.
