Your Role in our Team
As a Business Development Manager at Aeroklas Asia Pacific Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting motor vehicle dealerships and fleet customers across all Aeroklas brands. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing yearly business plans and quarterly business reviews with channel partners.
- Undertaking regular visits to fleet and dealer locations, maintaining a healthy sales funnel.
- Providing monthly activity reports to the State Sales Manager, outlining outcomes, future actions, and notes from the previous month.
- Assisting in the development, delivery, and execution of sales channel management strategies to meet sales budgets and expand distribution of the Aeroklas brand portfolio.
- Cultivating positive and strong relationships with all fleet customers, vehicle dealers, and distributors within your assigned territory.
- Coordinating sales and marketing activities between fleet and dealer customers and Head Office.
- Supporting the National Events and Communication Manager in organizing and coordinating major regional shows/events.
- Representing Aeroklas at key trade, FMO, and association events.
- Maintaining knowledge of new and existing company products and staying updated on new vehicle releases.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and going the extra mile to secure them.
- Ensuring all customers receive prompt and professional service.
What you’ll bring to the Team
- Demonstrated experience supplying, servicing or working within a Fleet or Motor Vehicle Dealership
- Automotive industry experience
- Ability to analyse and report on data
- Sales, marketing and merchandising skills
- Strong communicator and developer of business
- Ability to work outside of normal hours as and when required for trade-shows / open days / etc.
- Ability to travel interstate / Intrastate when required
- Current Australian drivers licence required
