The Role

As the Fleet, GROH and Travel Officer, you will be the backbone of our corporate services. Using exceptional customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written) you’ll be handling a wide range of operational queries, commercial reporting, processing applications resolving issues related to Fleet, GROH and Travel for internal stakeholders at all levels of authority.

What we are looking for

  1. Proven administrative, organisational, and planning skills.
  2. Demonstrated computer literacy and technology skills, including experience in using Microsoft Office products, and various business systems.
  3. Effective interpersonal and written communication skills including the ability to provide a professional customer service.
  4. Demonstrated skills in analysing data and problem solving.

About the Team

You’ll be working within the Facilities business unit within the Department of Communities. It’s a friendly, supportive, and tight-knit team managing a wide range of operational service delivery items for all office building facilities, sites, housing, fleet, maintenance and travel, servicing approximately 82 metro and regional Department of Communities offices throughout Western Australia.

This position is based at our Fremantle headquarters located within King Square. It’s a great location close to the Fremantle Markets, various new cafes and eateries (click here to find out more), car parks and the Fremantle train station.
