Fleet Sales Administration - Toyota Dealership

Nunawading Toyota is one of Victoria’s most established and leading Toyota dealerships.

Due to an internal promotion, Nunawading Toyota is seeking a fulltime Fleet Administrator to join our team.

The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for assisting and overseeing all aspects of administration within our dealership's fleet department.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate inventory of all vehicles in the dealership's fleet pipeline
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and pickups, ensuring vehicles are properly prepared and documented.
• Handle administrative tasks relating to fleet management, such as processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate the delivery of vehicles to customers, ensuring on-time handover
• Work closely with the Fleet sales departments to ensure efficient vehicle handovers.
• Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle delivery, including paperwork and documentation.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
