An opportunity has arisen within our Print Department, and we are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our team in a permanent, full time position on a rotating pattern or fixed night shift. 

Working closely with the Operations Manager and Printing Team, you will be required to: 

• Manage the operation and production output on 8 Colour, wide-web, Flexographic Printing Press. 
• Manufacture products in a timely and efficient manner following job specifications and guidelines. 
• Preparing jobs for press; including coordinating plates and ink supply.
• Carry out work in accordance with company safety and quality processes and procedures
• Meet and exceed production targets and KPI's
• Managing and maintaining consumable supplies and operating equipment
• Recording production paperwork following standard operating procedures
• Maintain work areas following set cleaning, sanitation & housekeeping procedures. 

What are we looking at from you?

• Qualification as Flexographic Printer or extensive experience operating Flexographic printing press 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and highly motivated work ethic.
• Works with integrity and is a team player. 
• Ability to work with minimum guidance and supervision. 
• Strong attention to detail
• Available for multiple shift times (Day, Afternoon & Night-shift. Shift rotation is negotiable)
• Takes pride and is passionate about their work
