Tasks
- Support brokers across the APAC region in coordinating and customizing flight details with the airlines, clients, and handing agents to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Coordinate all operational aspects of charter flights including all necessary steps from flight confirmation to flight completion
- Ensure all passengers and airline information is accurate and correct
- Verify catering and requested amenities have been delivered
- Check the aircraft cabin is well presented before boarding (ie. Branding)
- Assist with flight repping or riding where required
- Monitor service quality from suppliers and promptly identify areas for improvement
- Actively participate in change management activities, including ensuring that improvements or new initiates are effectively delivered
- Collaborate with brokers and other relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for personalized service
Qualifications
- Demonstrated achievement in customer service logistic within multi-disciplined environment
- Broad experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
- Excellent administrative and computer proficiency skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to thrive in last-minute, stressful situations
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Require to work on weekends and outside of standard business hours
