Your responsibilities will include:

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Flight Simulator Instructor working with Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Basic Wings Course (BWC), located at our Bullsbrook, Western Australia, Australia location. The successful candidate will conduct instructional sessions, briefings, follow-ups and proficiency checks in Flight Simulators.  This will all take place in accordance with federal air regulations and approved lesson plans.

Some other key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Developing training curriculum, study outlines and orientation materials.
• Providing instruction on basic and advanced flying skills.
• Coordinating the design of new Flight Simulator instruction programs.
• Conducting performance record briefings.
• Evaluating trainee progress and recommending additional training.
• Occasional travel may be required.

About you:

Essential

• Significant experience as a Qualified Flight Instructor with at least two hundred fifty (250) hours of flight instructional time.
• To be an RSAF Qualified Flying Instructor.
• Experience with RSAF flying operations and training requirements.
• Relevant experience (preferably within the defence industry).
• High level of experience providing effective guidance, mentoring and training.

• Significant experience in a customer liaison role.
• RSAF PC-21 experience.

Special Requirements:

Applicants are required to hold a Singapore Security Clearance.

Ability to obtain a subclass 482 visa to work in Western Australia, Australia.
