About the Opportunity
We are opening our doors at City Cave Bondi Junction shortly and have various role opportunities available. These include Cave Divers (school age), Float Assistants (school leaver), Float Attendants and Float Therapists. These roles suit someone who loves to support our guests through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience.
Key Responsibilities
Cave Diver
- Ensure that the customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily.
- Ensure facility remains clean and well presented at all times.
- Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between guests.
- Make sure all-Infrared Sauna Rooms are clean and prepped for the next guest.
- Herbal Tea/Water service.
- Washing tea cups and glasses.
Float Assistant
As per Cave Diver plus;
- Folding and restocking towels.
Float Attendant
As per Float Assistant plus;
- Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre.
- Merchandising of inventory.
- Complete daily and weekly reports for Management.
- Administration and Diary Management.
- Complete Water Chemistry Test and treat effectively.
- Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
- Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity Complete marketing for the centre as requested by.
- Ensure that dress standards are maintained by all staff in the centre.
- Maintain sales and second line of income targets.
Float Therapist
As per Float Attendant; plus
- Health Fund Receipting.
- Clinical Documentation Compliance for Massage Therapists.
- Centre Mindfulness Facilitator.
- Assist with Social Media Content.
