Are you looking for a part time leadership role! We are recruiting for a part time Floor Coordinator role to work three evenings a week in our Theatre department at our Fitzroy Melbourne campus.
The Floor Coordinator role is operational and responsible for the overall management of the Operating Suite in the evenings. This role is part time 22.5 hours a week.

ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding Floor Coordinator, you are able to engage, collaborate and communicate broadly and have the ability to respond to constant changes and demands as they present.
Your skills will include:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Perioperative Department
- Previous management experience required
- Post Graduate qualification desired
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to lead, coach & support clinical teams
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
