FLOOR COVERINGS SALES PERSON

We are seeking to hire an motivated and experienced professional FLOOR COVERINGS SALES PERSON and estimator. 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST:

• Have current driver's Licence.
• Have passion for retail sales and customer service.
• Have minimum of 2 years of experience in the flooring industry.
• Be able to measure, draw and read plans.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Knowledge of measuring residential and commercial spaces.
• Ability to open and close the store.
• Organising sub-contractors - arranging installation with clients and installers to ensure the process runs smoothly.
• Fork lift licence would be an advantage.
• Strong computer skills.
• Good attention to detail and administration skills.
• Eye for colour, and design.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers in choosing the right flooring product which matches with their home or office interior.
• Able to provide in-home consultations, measure accurately, quote customers and ultimately deliver sales.
• Answer phone enquiries with an excellent customer service.
• Schedule measures and installations and communicate with the installers accordingly.
