Looking for someone with good chat and service ethos, interest in food and wine, to join our dining room team
We are looking for someone to join our dining room team. If you can hustle, talk food and wine, engage in general banter, have an eye for detail and work in a smaller team then this role is for you!
The role --
Is a part-time role - 20 to 30 hours a week
Opportunity for more hours as we get our ducks in line
Involves a bit of everything from setting up and running food through packing down and friendly customer banter in between
Encourages customer banter while we get on with it
Does ask for an eye for detail and an ability to multi-task
Requires you to be available for dinner services, Fridays and Saturdays are must
Offers the opportunity to work with bookings, suppliers and guest liaison via email
Enables you to work alongside career hospitality professionals - we care about what we do and we hope you do, too

About us
A dynamic team that juggles a Vietnamese restaurant, a banh mi shop, a Laotian wine bar and a couple of other exciting prospects in the pipeline

Anchovy the restaurant was around for 5 years before everything took a turn after COVID. Anchovy has been on a two year hiatus since. We are looking to bring back a version of Anchovy that reflects the current climate - the dining scene, the economic trends and our continued efforts to raise the profile of Asian cuisine.
