We are looking for an Experienced and competent licensed Forklift operator / store person to join our team in a busy carpet and flooring warehouse.
About the role:
You will be responsible for:
- Accurately preparing, picking, packing and loading/unloading of material as required.
- Moving pallets through the warehouse and racking
- Manual handling
- Dealing with all types of freight including pallets and carpet rolls.
- Cutting carpet on our cutting machine and assisting our installers to load onto vehicles.
- Safe and efficient operation of forklift.
About You:
Ideally you will have:
- Recent experience operating Forklift in a warehouse environment
- Experience working in warehousing.
- You have experience with high level forklift operation.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse documentation and high level of literacy and numeracy
- ability to maintain tidiness and maintain stock.
Work hours are 7:30am - 12:00 pm
