As part of our comprehensive service offerings, we are seeking a skilled Floorplan Measurer to join our team on a part-time, contract basis.

Position Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to create accurate floor and site plans for our diverse range of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting on-site measurements, drafting plans, and delivering high-quality floorplans that meet our clients' specifications and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Visit properties across the Mornington Peninsula to conduct precise measurements of floor areas and site dimensions.
• Utilize measurement tools and software to create detailed floorplans and site plans.
• Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all deliverables, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate project timelines and expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in floorplan measuring or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in measurements and calculations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work part-time hours and travel to various locations across the Mornington Peninsula.
• Own transportation and valid driver's license.
