Poco Posy is a Brisbane & Melbourne florist, delivering stunning posies, blooms, floral arrangements and bouquets with FREE same-day delivery. Our ethos is that you don't need to spend a fortune on Melbourne flower delivery for a large bouquet of flowers when a little posy of beautifully arranged, seasonal flowers will bring the same amount of joy. 

Because we're great at what we do, our business is growing rapidly.  We are also currently working on exciting projects like Poco Posy Flower Farm.  There is a lot going on!

For this position, we are looking for someone who can:

✨ARRANGE FLOWERS!!! Experienced florist who knows & LOVES blooms (like us, obvi!)

✨Purchasing flowers from the local wholesalers - buying experienced preferred, but willing to train the right person

✨Tech Savy - know your way around basic tech platforms

✨Herding delivery drivers and suppliers

✨Pack customer orders in preparation for the driver's runs

✨ Assist with flower deliveries where needed

✨Work like a superstar in a small team
