We are looking for a Senior Florist Full time & Part time positions are open. A minimum of 3 years experience in the floristry field is required for Full time position. If you are Hard working, have a bubbly personality with great social skills in retail and willing to learn from the masters in the field this position could be your potential dream job.

B&M Florist is a family run store established in 1987. We are located in the Beautiful suburb of Monterey in the St George Area.
We are highly acknowledged for our creativity, passion and quality of our florals. We have had the pleasure of winning numerous awards over the past 36 years for our consistent efforts.
Our store is a flagship within the area, we specialise in providing the public with unique florals, plants, gifts and homewares.
About the role
- Senior Florist Full time & Part time
The Florist Position is currently open to fullfull the demands of our growing business. The position has a large focus on retail floristry, customer service and sales.
- Able to start immediately
-Set weekly roster (including one weekend Saturday)
- we can also accomodate for more hours if you are looking for permanent Full time position for the right applicant.
-Shifts vary from open/ or close at 7pm
- penalty rates for shifts including after 6pm and weekend rates
-working together with a large team
-confident in all aspects of floristry
-customer service includes serving a large number of walk in clients daily answering the phone and taking orders, providing advise and offering product knowledge.
-Ability to work alone in the store if required.
- Full fill website/phone orders
-Be highly creative and confident in making all current designs
-we stock a large number of exclusive brands, must be willing to receive training about our products and be confident in sales as well as floristry
2. Part time position
The Part time position is also open to florist with less experience but must have min 2 years of retail experience.
