Form of workWe are seeking an enthusiastic Flour Miller to join our team to manage both roller and stone mills for Wholegrain Milling. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring we deliver an outstanding product and service to our customers. The Flour Miller will be responsible for all activities associated with the operation of a flour mill including coordinating raw material and finished product, testing of product, packing milled product and quality control.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in operating flour mills with operational management experience.
- Knowledge of and commitment to leading Work Health & Safety principles.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to establish priorities and plan work.
- Positive disposition and can-do attitude.
