SalaryThe Boot Factory is a Café/Eatery located within a heritage listed building in the iconic Pentridge Estate Coburg. We strive to provide patrons with an exceptional food and beverage offering operating 7 days per week.
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate hospitality FOH All-Rounder with Barista skills to assist the Duty manager.
You should be confident to operate the cafe (140PAX) when the Duty manager is on leave, have the confidence and experience to do this after familiarization.

A bit more about you....
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in a fast paced cafe/restaurant, providing warm and friendly service
- Solid Barista specialty coffee skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- to liaise and communicate with staff and customers
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, reliable,neat and passionate about hospitality
- Keen understanding of POS, financial and food & beverage operations
- Competent in menu items and beverages in order to maximise sales and to drive SPH.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience at all times including hosting during busy periods
- Availability to work a flexible roster including weekends
- Assist in the oversight and training of staff with Duty manager
- Posess basic computing skills
