The historic Royal Hotel is located on beautiful Port Phillip Bay in the bustling seaside location of Mornington. An iconic venue which offers accommodation, event spaces and dining throughout. A large team manage the daily operations which include lunch and dinner 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Role include;
Customer service
Stock ordering/receiving
Managing staff of lower levels
Processing of orders/payment
Reception/Reservations
Tills/Cash up
Lock-up/security of venue
Staff training/guidance on shift
Opening and closing procedures
Skills and experience
We seek a self motivated & enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our team. Prior experience in like roles necessary. Understanding of cocktails, coffee making & wine knowledge. Available to work 3-5 days including weekends. Holds a current RSA certificate.
