AddressWe are seeking Front of House (FOH) Wait Staff members to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take direction from senior management while also demonstrating initiative and motivation.
This position is suitable for early school leavers, university students, or individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.
While prior hospitality experience is advantageous, it is not required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to follow directions from senior management
- Demonstrated initiative and motivation
- Availability on weekdays and weekends is preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus but not required
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
