Lanson Place offers a luxurious home-away-from-home experience for short and extended stays at central locations in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Manila. Melbourne will be the first in Australia and flagship for the brand to expand its portfolio to other Australian and New Zealand gateway cities. As a member of our F&B Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and the overall satisfaction of our guests. You will be part of an energetic and dynamic team dedicated to thesuccess of our hotel brand in Melbourne. You will be working collaboratively with all team members of Lanson Place and will bring your major contribution to the success of our hotel opening.
Main responsibilities :
-Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in greeting and seating guests
-Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and ingredients details to adeptly respond to guest inquiries and provide informed recommendations, thereby enhancing the overall dining experience to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
-Serving Food and Beverages promptly and efficiently.
-Hold a valid RSA certificate.
-Attend all the trainings required to perform the role (induction, food handling, food safety, ...)
-Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
-Confidently communicate and collaborate with the kitchen staff. bartenders and other F&B team members to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
-Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
-Proactively anticipate guests' needs, providing positive assistance for special occasions and accommodating dietary requirements with attentiveness and professionalism.
-Process guest’s payments accurately and efficiently in both cash and credit card payments.
-Adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and maintain hotel standards.
Key Requirements:
