Emirates Leisure Retail Australia New Zealand (ELRANZ) operates over 30 venues across 7 Airports in the region. These include the fresh and vibrant 100 Miles (ADL), the Italian inspired pasta bar Gusto (MEL) and our own café brand BARista (PER). We also partner with iconic brands including Heineken (SYD), AFL (MEL), and Little Creatures (PER). Launching into Australia in 2008, ELRANZ has rapidly expanded into the Airport Bar & Restaurant marketplace, setting the benchmark globally in premium airport dining.

THIS ROLE/LOCATION
We are currently in search of passionate Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team at Gusto Pasta Bar. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for guest service, delivering exceptional experiences for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving drinks and food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere.
At Gusto, we prepare freshly made pasta daily, on-site and cooked to order. This culinary delight is complemented by a delectable range of pastries, paninis, and excellent coffee.
Applicants must be available to work on a 7-day rotating roster, including early morning shifts.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Barista experience desirable but training and support will be provided ongoing
- A passion for great guest service!
- RSA & Food Handlers Certificate will be required or obtained for successful applicant
- A keen focus on processes and compliance & ensuring quality every time!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve our valued guests with enthusiasm and a smile
- Making barista quality coffee (training provided)
- All whilst following ELRA policies, guidelines and procedures.
