You will be responsible for enhancing engagement, fostering proactive communication, and providing high-touch service within a select portfolio of properties. This client-facing position offers the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment.An Overview of the role:

  • Execute F&B services according to SLAs, standard processes, and professional brand image
  • Manage catering satisfaction, including conducting regular satisfaction surveys and optimizing food service operations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to F&B services
  • Financial management of F&B services, including budget management and expense tracking
  • Purchase and manage F&B supplies and vendor relationships
  • Plan and manage events, such as tech talks, team off-sites, and client-specific requests
  • Proactively collect feedback from business team members and take appropriate actions
  • Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, banquets/catering setup, and coffee breaks
  • Identify, assess, manage, and correct risks as needed
  • Manage the work order ticketing system
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with client goals and objectives
  • Perform general administrative tasks as requested

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in office operations in an F&B capacity

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong internal and external customer service track record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and process management skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to new technology and applications
