You will provide administration support to the wider Food and Beverage team, assisting with daily support to the Food & Beverage leadership team as required.Your day to day
- Administrative responsibilities across all Food and Beverage outlets.
- Ensuring customer experience is in line with IHG standards and policies.
- Supporting multiple Food and Beverage operations – restaurant and bars, room service and banquets when necessary.
- Delivering and maintaining HACCP related administrative work, including but not limited to - monthly and annual auditing of documentation, physical HACCP tours of hotel Food & Beverage Outlets, reporting HACCP non-compliance to departments, planning, conducting, and recording HACCP Committee meetings, ensuring compliance with HACCP SOP’s and auditing monthly to keep to standard.
- Attending monthly Risk management meetings and provide HACCP update.
- Assisting with the administration of planning and implementing special events and promotional work as directed by management.
- Ensuring all credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure manner as per Hotel policies & procedures.
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant & Bars related position is highly regarded
- Previous background in an Administrative position
- Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or in Food & Beverage related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual or multilingual language skills are advantageous
- Valid QLD RSA Competency card is required
- A team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and priortise workloads
- The Part Time hours will be approximately 5 days a week, 6 hours a day
