As a member of the Sol team, you'll have the chance to showcase your passion for mixology. Using premium ingredients and innovative techniques, you'll craft unique cocktails that elevate the guest experience. What we are looking for?
- Experience working behind the bar, in a fast-paced environment will be highly regarded
- An understanding of mixing and serving drinks is essential
- Passionate, driven and have a genuine interest in hospitality
- Contribute to a positive team culture
- Someone who is a team player, has great communication skills and a hands-on approach
- Passionate for creating experiences: It's the heart of what we do
- Must be willing to work Friday, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
