ABOUT THE ROLE:Lancemore Macedon Ranges is currently seeking experienced Food and Beverage staff to join the team, as we continue to grow. Both
Part Time and Causal roles available. Positions available are Bartender, Barista and F&B Attendants who will assist is all areas including breakfast, conference and events and in the bar. All members of our F&B team will be creating a memorable experience for our guests, with customer service at the forefront of your mind.Bartender
- Have excellence knowledge of the F&B offerings available.
- Prepare and serve drinks including wine, beer and cocktails.
- Take ownership of the bar maintain cleanliness at all times.
- Be responsible for open and closing procedures.
Barista
- Have a great understanding of setting up and maintaining the grinder and coffee machine.
- Be able to prepare coffees using a range of milks, as well as teas and other hot drinks.
- Work in both our coffee shop and assist with breakfast service.
- Help upskill team members to be able to prepare coffees.
Food and Beverage Attendant
- Welcome all guests with a smile and provide professional and efficient service
- Have excellent knowledge of the food and beverage options available to guests
- Set up, pack down and maintain cleanliness of all areas of all F&B outlets
- Engage with guests during their dining experience making recommendations and suggestions
- Assist with breakfast, conference and events and any in room dining.
ABOUT YOU:
Skills- You have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- You have a passion for the industry and desire to grow in your career
- Exemplary communication skills and organisation skills
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
- You will have full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia - No VISA will be offered for this role.
- You are flexible to work different shifts as required across the week as required
- You hold, or are willing to obtain an RSA
