Have the adventure of a lifetime?Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Food & Beverage Services Attendant to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.We are seeking a customer service enthusiast who has a passion for hospitality and providing guests with unforgettable experiences. In this role you will undertake Food and Beverage Attendant duties in an efficient and friendly manner to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction in one of our various outlets.You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role.Our full-time fixed term seasonal work is available from June 12th 2024 to October 29th 2024Key Duties:

  • Follow outlet-specific sequence of service
  • Actively contribute to the success of the Food and Beverage department by upselling and promotion of resort activities/products.
  • Prepare and serve beverages as required, whilst also following NT RSA laws and house policy.
  • Ensure dietary requirements are acknowledged and addressed to all relevant parties
  • Ensure guest satisfaction at all touch points in the guest journey.
  • Reasonable ad hoc duties as required or requested by management
