We are looking for experienced shift supervisors or Team Leaders to join our vibrant team at our outlets within the Perth Airport!
What we are looking for
- Passionate and enthusiastic hospitality professionals who can deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Experience leading and/or developing team members
- Knowledge and experience of coffee making is highly advantageous
- Previous supervisory experience is essential
- Excellent communications skills
- Reliable own transport as some shifts may not be supported by public transport to and/or from the airport
Availability
Our operations open from 4.30am and closing can fluctuate based on flight schedules and demand. The successful candidates must commit to a variety of shifts over a 7 day a week roster including morning, days, and nights.
Qualifications
- an Approved Managers Card
- a nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- a nationally recognised Food Safety/Hygiene certificate
- Additional qualifications such as Diplomas/Certificates in Hospitality Management are desirable, but not essential.
