Ideal candidates will have:
- At least a Diploma in Agriculture, Inspection and/or related field;
- Minimum 2 years full-time work experience in the agricultural sector, Meat Processing and/or equivalent;
- Good communication skill;
- Ability to inspect animal carcasses, internal organs and Meat Processing facilities for disease;
- Ability to inspect fruits and vegetables;
- Ability to conduct production analysis to set and maintain standards of quality;
- Identify pathogenic micro-organisms and insects, parasites, fungi and weeds harmful to crops and livestock, and assisting in devising methods of control; and
- Willing to travel when required.
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least a Certificate IV in Agriculture, Meat Processing and/or related field;
- Minimum 2 years full-time work experience in the agricultural sector, Meat Processing and/or equivalent;
- Ability to operate machines to grind, mix, mince and tenderloin meat;
- Ability to remove bones, meat cutting, mincing, grinding meat;
- Good communication skill;
- Have good knowledge of food hygiene and safety requirements; and
- Willing to travel when required.
