Essential Ingredients .....
As our new business is growing, we are casting the net looking to catch a new member of our site leadership. This hands-on supervisory position will manage high quality outcomes, ensuring quality controls are met and empowering the workforce to engage and deliver above expectation through mentoring, guiding and support. Located in Lobethal and reporting to the Bakery Production Manager this position is essential to our operations and its success and key responsibilities include:
- Daily management of Food Production and storage area
- Managing Food Safety administration
- Guide, influence, and mentor positive outcomes of team members
- Champion our safety & culture message
- Active participation in the Cultivate culture program and an appetite for adapting to change
You are passionate about food and want to grow your career in the Food Production industry and achieve goals by leading and mentoring your team. With experience in supervising a large-scale Food Production environment, you will have an eye for detail, and focus on food safety and WHS in a production area along with:
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Knowledge of HACCP CODEX Alimentarius 2020
- The ability to resolve product Non-conformance reports
- Previous experience as a Qualified Baker
- Preferably hold a First Aid ticket and Forklift Licence.
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
- Driver’s licence
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
