Join the team and lead Lion's Food Safety and Quality strategy, partnering with Business Units to develop quality systems and instil a quality culture in line with Kirin.

This exceptional opportunity extends its influence globally, taking charge of the quality of our beer across all our breweries worldwide. You'll engage with major customers, representing Lion's interests in brewing industry forums, associations, and government initiatives. 
A dynamic aspect of this role involves close collaboration with innovation and new product development, where breakthrough ideas are nurtured while maintaining stringent standards.

Expertise essential for the position:

• Tertiary qualifications in Brewing or Science
• Food Safety and Quality processes & systems e.g. ISO, GFSI , QA , QMS , HAACP , GMP
• Brewing Industry and Food Science knowledge
• Strong Business and commercial acumen
• Knowledge of SAP QM development and application

Relevant experience required for the position:

• 10+ years post graduate experience in the food/beverage or associated industries.
• Leadership roles in driving performance improvement and transformational change. 
• Proven leadership experience, achievements, leading change projects
• Development of systems to support quality improvement.
• Experience in working with end-to-end supply chain (suppliers through to customers) to improve quality outcomes.
