Job Description

We are seeking experienced front and back of house hospitality staff to work in food preparation and service roles. Part time and casual positions are on offer. If you are a team player, take pride in the work you do and believe you can deliver excellence in customer service, we have an opening for you.

The opportunity to join our supportive and friendly Food Services team comes with generous employee benefits and pathways for motivated applicants to train into other roles. Epworth’s growing healthcare services also provides opportunities to relocation to other sites.

The following will be an advantage but not essential, we are looking for applicants with the right attitude - skills can be trained.

  • Experience in hospitality
  • A working knowledge of food safety
  • Flexibility to work any shift, as required, on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.


You will have:

  • The flexibility to work across any shift, as required, on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. 
  • A working knowledge of food safety with an accredited Food Handling certificate
  • Experience in hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Well-developed computer skills. 
  • An organised approach to work, able to work consistently and effectively in a busy environment. 
  • The ability to deliver on, and respond compassionately to our patients' needs.
  • Food Safety and RSA certification, or a willingness to undertake this training prior to commencing, will be viewed favourably.
