Foodservice Cafe Sales Representative - Coffee Sales Guru

At Vitasoy we work together to grow a better world, producing world class plant milks and yoghurt sourced from Aussie farmers.  Vitasoy has been manufacturing at our Wodonga facility for over 20 years. We are seeking a permanent full-time Cafe Sales Representative - Coffee Guru to join our growing sales team in metro Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

Do you live and breathe coffee? Vitasoy is looking for a coffee guru with deep experience as a sales professional, and we're not just talking about any old job - we're talking about joining the plant-based revolution!

As a passionate coffee lover, you will have a good understanding of the foodservice channel, with strong presentation and sales skills stemming from experience within the Foodservice Industry - bonus points if you have slung soy lattes in a past life.

A Coffee Sales Guru is desirable, (or passionate to learn) you will be comfortable meeting with Cafes and hospitality venues providing brand awareness of the Vitasoy Range. Essentially, we are seeking a go getter attitude - you're not just sipping coffee you're brewing success - bonus points if you have a passion for the plant-based revolution.

Working with the Head of Convenience and Foodservice along with the wider sales team you will be pivotal in achieving sales targets and identifying new business opportunities through product demonstration and lead generation, winning the hearts and minds of coffee people everywhere.

 Key focus areas:

• Maximise distribution of Vitasoy Australia Products by meeting and working with Café/venue baristas and managers/owners
• Develop and manage a customer call plan to execute sales calls and drive volume and awareness 
• Assisting in presentations to educate our distributor partners sales teams on our portfolio
• Identify potential new distributors for potential partnerships in the Cafes
• Active participation in the trade shows

To be successful in this role:

• You'll need to know your flat white from your long black and be as smooth as our soy lattes when it comes to building relationships 
• Experience in the Foodservice industry, ideally in a similar channel
• A collaborative style and a proactive approach
• Great presentation and personal skills are a must. You will need to conquer cafes and venues like a sales ninja, managing your territory in a timely and efficient manner
• You will have passion for the industry, and plant-based milk
