We are currently seeking an experienced hands on Foreperson/Supervisor for our client based in the Northern Suburbs. This position is an ongoing role with an immediate start for the right person
What you'll need to succeed
Along with a proven background leading a team you will have:
- Experience in precast concrete highly desirable
- Experience in precast/mould setup
- Understanding and effectively managing works in progress, production output, downtime, reject & rework status and maintenance plans
- Comply with QC checks prios to production to ensure compliance
- You will lead a team and work closely with the Production Manager
- Good attitude towards management and safety is a must
- National Police Clearance highly desirable
