Arkle Farms is major farming enterprise based in Western Australia andowned by the Cowan family.  It operates amixed farming enterprise, comprising broadacre cropping, an Angus stud and acommercial sheep flock, across  fourfarms - Bedford Harbour (to the west of Esperance), Varley Farms (at LakeVarley), Coronet Hill (to the east of Esperance) and Gregmaun (near LakeKing).  The Group manages 36,600 arablehectares.The Cowan family’s philosophy is to build a highly sustainable and productivefarming enterprise applying regenerative farming techniques appropriate to theproperties it manages.  While thenear-term focus is on broadacre cropping and large-scale, non-intensivelivestock farming, Arkle will seek to further optimise its operations andbroaden its revenue base by expanding its existing agricultural activities,including the potential to improve the efficiency of its land use byintroducing tree crops and horticultural crops.

We are looking for highly experience candidateto join team at Bedford Harbour

Dutieswill include:

·        Operating controls to align forklifts and raise and lower forks tostack and unstack items in

·        Warehouses, factories, timber yards and shipping terminals

·        Operating forklifts which run on rails or use electronic guidancesystems to control movements in narrow aisles

·        Transporting goods to designated areas in warehouses, factories,timber yards and shipping terminals

·        Ensuring goods are stored in correct areas so that they can beeasily located when orders are made up

·        Monitoring equipment operation visually through gauges andinstruments and through computerised

·        Inspecting and controlling equipment to identify wear and damage

·        Servicing and performing minor repairs and adjustments toforklifts

Itis essential you possess the following:

·        Hands on and show of commitment

·        Successful completion of relevant AQF Cert II or equivalent AND atleast 1.5 years (20+hpw) relevant post qualifications experience

·        Proven post-qualification experience in a similar role or abilityto adapt and display skills required

·        Proven ability and willingness to work as part of a team

·        Ability to work autonomously, without supervision
