We are seeking applications for a qualified Forklift Operator to join our qualified warehousing and packing team at Goondiwindi, Wee Waa, and Warren.
Reporting to the Site Manager, your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Operating forklifts to stack/unstack items in warehouses as per requirements of the ginning production
- Loading and unloading and transporting goods to designated areas in warehouses of commodity from a variety of storage facilities and freight transporters
- Operating forklift to hold, lift and place product as per the operational requirements of the ginning production
- Using gauges, instruments and other computerised monitoring equipment to monitor equipment operation
- Ensuring goods are correctly stored as per operational requirement
- Following company guidelines regarding job requirements inclusive of all SHE responsibilities to ensure a safe work environment
- Operating forklift in accordance with the requirements of effective and efficient operations of the site
- Willingness and ability to undertake training as required
- Being able to work overtime and weekend work in peak periods
- Participating in maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of all areas of all sites within the region to the highest standard
- Ensuring information is shared and reported to the Site Manager as appropriate
The ideal candidate will have experience in a previous similar role and is equipped with a forklift operations background. It’s important that the candidate has the following:
- Forklift ticket
- Elevated work platform ticket or willing to obtain
- Confined space ticket or willing to obtain
- Certificate II or III or 1 year of relevant work experience

Wee Waa, New South Wales, which is approximately 566kms from the state capital, Sydney, New South Wales.
Goondiwindi, Queensland, which is approximately 352km from the state capital, Brisbane, Queensland.
Warren, New South Wales which is approximately 460kms from the state capital, Sydney, New South Wales.
Paid travel may be required subject to operational needs.
For the right candidate, a salary of $80,000.00 including guaranteed overtime plus superannuation.
Front-End Loader Operator
The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Operating equipment and machinery in a manner that is efficient and effective, including completing prestart checks and daily maintenance requirements
- Choosing and fitting the suitable attachments for each operation
- Monitoring the operation of loader to ensure it is within parameter
- Ensuring safety of self and other workers while operating loader
- Operating all aspects of the loader to move material
- Performing minor servicing and repairs to loader as needed
- Reporting faults relating to the loader
- Following writing and verbal instructions
- Transporting goods to designated areas at the cotton gin site
- Completing administration and documentation in accordance with management requirements as required
- Willingness and ability to undertake training as required
- Being able to work overtime and weekend work in peak periods
- Participating in maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of all areas of all sites within the region to the highest standard
- Ensuring information is shared and reported to the Site Manager as appropriate
