About the role
We are seeking experienced fork lift Driver/Store person for our main warehouse and furniture warehouse. You will assist in the day-to day warehousing functions and distribution of inbound and outbound stock. You will be part of a team that organises some of the largest exhibitions in Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Pick/pack and preparation of furniture/stock orders ensuring accurate and timely receipt and dispatch of orders and materials
- Load/unload trucks
- Assist in all warehouse functions as required
- Undertake stock inventory
- Quality control
Candidate must have:
- A current driver’s licence and fork lift licence is essential. MR or HR licence would be highly regarded.
- Experience in working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work weekends and after hours (O/T) if required
- Ability to meet tight timelines and work under pressure
- Good physical condition as there is lifting involved
