We are currently looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Smeaton Grange. Immediate start available on a casual basis, with potential for full-time employment. Shift and penalty rates included. Shifts are available at 2pm and 10pm
A day in the life of a Forklift Operator;
- Operation of Forklift Machines
- RF Scanning
- Picking Orders
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Quality control
- Flexibility to work overtime hours as and when required
- Awareness and high regards in food safety, quality assurance and HACCP
About you
To be successful in this role you will be required to have the following.
- Hold a current forklift licence (high risk)
- Experience driving counterbalance forklift (high reach advantageous)
- Ability to load/unload trucks and customer vehicles in a Warehouse environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to work in a temperature-controlled environment between 2 - 4 degrees.
- Flexibility to work on the weekend when needed
