TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate a range of forklifts including High Reach with Clamp and Tyne attachments, and aisle masters.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, pick accuracy and product integrity are maintained at all times and any discrepancies reported immediately.
- Picking, loading and unloading freight for delivery, ensuring damages are minimised during transport by effective palletisation and wrapping where necessary.
- Relocation of freight to and from storage locations within the warehouse, ensuring loads are picked and prepared with best practice configuration for carriage.
- Operation of RF scanning for picking and receiving of freight.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, pick accuracy and product integrity are maintained at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience operating forklifts , High Reach with Clamp and/or Counterbalance .
- You must hold a current high-risk forklift licence and have at least 2 years’ experience operating a forklift.
- Experience working with white wear and small items.
- Hold a current driver’s licence with your own reliable transport.
- Are physically fit and capable of manual repetitive tasks.
- Are reliable, enthusiastic and want to work.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Have strong communication and numerical skills.
- Able to work early mornings
