About the role
Based in Port Melbourne with occasional travel to stores, your main priority is to maintain compliance and brand standards. You will also be coordinating communication between suppliers, head office and franchises throughout Australia. You will provide ongoing operational support to franchisees to ensure stores are inline with PappaRich goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long term goals and operations standards to achieve theses goals
- Negotiate prices, source and maintain relations with suppliers that best fits the PappaRich business model
- Improve operations efficiency of our business model
- Conduct operational review and provide recommendation to stores
- Maintain rapport with franchisees and facilitate feedback
- Coordinate outlet opening with franchisees, management team and suppliers
- Create SOP and new product launch
About you
In this role you will need to know the ins and outs of a successful restaurant along with a positive attitude.
Ideally you will possess the following:
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- A current Australian driving license
- A polished professional personal presentation
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft office suite
- An ability to build rapport with stakeholders and strong negotiation skills
- Bilingual (cantonese/mandarin) would be an advantage but is not mandatory
- Experience in franchise and operations is a plus point
