Your Future Role

This role, based anywhere in Australia, on a Full - Time Permanent Basis involves thinking outside the box.

You will work to uncover requirements needed to successfully onboard franchises on the Thryv software. You will need to understand the technical details of Thryv and Hub while your depth of knowledge of ecosystem partners can be called on to help build solutions for franchise business needs. You will need to be able to articulate all this information in layman’s terms directly to the franchisor and franchisee.

You are a decision maker, approving or declining progression of multi-location sales based on product need fit is your responsibility and you are comfortable making these decisions.

We need someone who can adapt quickly to change and is ready for new challenges each day. This role reports directly to the National Capability & Performance Manager.

Your Responsibilities

Work directly with the franchise and multi-location team to

  • Demo the software
  • Gather requirements
  • Provide strategic and technical advice
  • Create the onboarding plan
  • Implement successful migrations
  • Work with the product team and Thryv US franchise team to solve complex requirements
  • Support sales with strategic and technical advice
  • Train & Coach sales to lift their Thryv knowledge and capability
  • Learn how the APIs work
  • Understand what’s possible for integrations
  • Continuously build knowledge as new APIs are created

A Bit About You

  • High level of capability with cloud-based software
  • Strong track record of account management in software or similar industry
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Stakeholder management across all levels of business
  • Time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to converse with confidence with a wide range of stakeholders/clients
